Time-lapse videos of rat OPC infected with recombinant adenovirus expressing control RefilinB-GFP (RefilinB-GFP) or Sh-RefilinB (Sh-RefilinB). In this experiment, cells were growth on polystyrene and poly-L-lysine coated coverslips to increase cell-substratum adhesion.
