Axonal transport of Hedgehog in CCAP neuron of 3^rd instar Drosophila larva. Time-lapse movie of HhC transport in segmental axon of crawling Drosophila larva (CCAP-GAL4 > ss::GFP::HhC24). Axon is aligned with cell body on the left and axon terminal on the right, revealing robust anterograde transport of HhC. Images were acquired every 2 sec in a single plane. Movie has been artificially accelerated to 10 frames per second.
