Movie 2

Axonal transport of Hedgehog in photoreceptor axons of 3rd instar Drosophila larva (proximal/medial region). Time-lapse movie of HhC transport in photoreceptor axons of crawling Drosophila larva (GMR-GAL4 > ss::GFP::HhC24). Axon is aligned as depicted on the title slide of the movie, with photoreceptor cell bodies above the left upper quadrant and axon terminals below the right lower quadrant, revealing robust anterograde transport of HhC. Acquisition settings are identical to Movie 1.
