Typical behaviour of an Lhx2-Cre:Rptorf/f mouse while performing the visual cliff test. In this example the mutant animal approaches to the central dividing beam and inspects the cliff before crossing onto the cliff side without hesitation. The animal then returns onto the central dividing beam prior to moving to the ground side of the testing arena.
