Fluorescence live imaging of homozygous ACOS{Ub'ATub-mRuby} #2 embryos during blastoderm formation using light sheet fluorescence microscopy. This subline expresses mRuby2-labeled tubulin alpha 1-like protein under control of the polyubiquitin promoter. Comparison time series of a (mCe/mCe) and a (mVe/mVe) embryo proceeding through the 10th, 11th, and 12th synchronous division waves. Both flavors show similar fluorescence patterns.
