Prdm16-GOF cells show characteristic irregular migration, leading to the inhibition of CP invasion. IUE of control, CAG-Prdm16 or sh-Prdm16 was performed at E13.5. Cortical slices were prepared after 36 h and cultured under observation with a FV1000 confocal laser microscope. Time-lapse imaging data were then acquired automatically every 15 min for 29 h.
