Timelapse imaging of reaggregation culture showing ureteric and cap mesenchyme cells. The movie depicts a single optical slice imaged across a 7 hour period commencing 2 hours after reaggreation. Red cells represent Six2-tdTomato cap mesenchymal cells. Green cells represent Hoxb7-GFP+ ureteric epithelial cells. Note that the green cells move out of field with time.
