Internalization of transplanted mesoderm cells.
Confocal image series of internalizing Tg(βActin:Ras-eGFP) mesoderm cells (green) transplanted directly below the EVL at the dorsal germ ring of a Tg(dharma:eGFP);MZoep host embryo, expressing LynTagBFP in all cells to outline the plasma membrane (red) and injected with fluorescent Dextan (blue) to label the interstitial fluid.
