PDGF-A/PDGFRa dispersion assay
PDGF-A MO and PDGFRa MO explants have decreased dispersion compared to control NC cluster. Addition of PDGF-AA protein can rescue PDGF-A MO, but PDGFRa MO dispersion, scale bar 150μM (25min frame-1).
