Roll-over assay in notum^KO null mutants
Individual wandering 3^rd instar w¹¹¹⁸ (left) and notum^KO (right) on a 1% agarose-coated 100x15mm plate. Larvae were rolled over using a fine paintbrush, placing the ventral midline exactly upwards (t=0). A stopwatch was used to record righting time, until the dorsal midline was exactly upwards (time in the bottom right corner of the video).
