Roll-over assay with Wg overexpression
Individual wandering 3^rd instar wg-Gal4/+ (left) and wg-Gal4>UAS-Wg (right) on a 1% agarose-coated 100x15mm plate. Larvae rolled over using a fine paintbrush to place the ventral midline exactly upwards (t=0). A stopwatch was used to record righting time, until dorsal midline was exactly upwards (time in the bottom right corner of the video).
