No changes in cell morphologies are observed upon activation of light insensitive mCherry-PA-Rac1C450A: Dissociated mesendoderm cells expressing mCherry-PARac1QC450A (Red) and EGFP-krt8 (Green) were irradiated with 457nm laser. Box indicates region of activation. Images were taken prior to activation. Cells were irradiated twice at the same region. Confocal images were taken 15 secs apart.
