Time-lapse imaging of mixed RFP- and GFP-labeled RUES2-22Q cultures between days 28-31 of neuronal differentiation. Impaired cell divisions were observed in multiple consecutive rounds of karyokinesis, suggesting that once a multinucleated cell is generated, it cannot be resolved in successive cell divisions.
