Dynamics of ID4-EGFP+ transgenic spermatogonia in testis cords. P6 testis cords from Id4-eGfp mice containing live EGFP+ spermatogonia were imaged every 5min over a 14hr interval. Images were taken as a 5-image Z-stack (2μm spacing between images) and combined into this representative video clip.
