Polarized actin-rich protrusions of migrating endodermal cells in control and gpc4 mutant embryos.
Confocal time-lapse experiments were performed on Tg(sox17:GFP-UTRN) control or gpc4 mutant embryos at TB, using a Ziess LSM700 confocal microscope with a LD C-Apo 40×/NA 1.1 water objective. Images were acquired at 10-sec intervals and movie plays at 5 frames/sec.
