Incomplete border cell migration in dInR depleted egg chamber.
Time lapse movie of a dInR-depleted egg chamber of the genotype c306 Gal4; UAS dInR^DN/UAS GMA where the border cell cluster display a delay in the detachment from the anterior end and fail to migrate to the oocyte boundary. The frames were captured every two minutes using 40X objective lens in an epi-fluorescence microscope. Time stamp is in 00(hours):00 (minutes).
