The time-lapse is showing a cross-section of a wing imaginal disc. Notice the progressive the migration of GFP positive nuclei together with actin-enriched structures towards the basal side of the wing epithelium (white arrowheads). The recording started 90 minutes after irradiation and it lasted for 40 minutes. Snapshots were acquired every 2 minutes.
