Knocking down genes encoding WNT and NOTCH pathway components leads to distinct signature phenotypes in the Germ Layer and Morphogenesis strains. Movie presents side-by-side views of development in the Germ Layer (left) and Morphogenesis (right) strains for a control embryo (top) along with embryos in which genes encoding components of the WNT (lit-1, wrm-1) or NOTCH (lag-1, aph-1) signaling pathways have been knocked down.
