Time-lapse fluorescence microscopy of GFP-PAR-2, mCherry-PAR-6 in control one-cell stage of C. elegans embryos. Time-lapse movies were acquired using an IX83 with XM10 cool CCD chip camera (Olympus) using a 60X 1.4 NA objective at 1 frame every 20 seconds, played at 20 frames/sec.
