Live-imaging of RNAP2 Ser2ph and H3K9ac in zebrafish developing embryo.
The embryo injected with Fabs specifics to RNAP2 Ser2ph (Alexa488) and H3K9ac (Cy5) was imaged every minute from the 8-cell stage using a light sheet microscope (SiMView). The maximum intensity projections of 198 z-sections with 2 μm intervals are shown.
