Movie of F-actin dynamics in the PVD 3° dendrites of the fmi-1 mutant during a self-avoidance event. The transgene twnEx382[Pser-2.3::LifeAct::EGFP, Pser-2.3::mCherry, Pgcy-8::GFP] was used to monitor F-actin dynamics during dendrite contact and repulsion. The imaging covers a period of about 9 minutes.
