Live imaging of migrating MGE cortical interneurons in a 3D Matrigel assay treated with SP600125. Medial ganglionic eminence (MGE) explant left, outgrowth area right. Interneurons migrating away from E14.5 Dlx5/6-CIE MGE explants were imaged for 12 hours after 20 μM SP600125 treatment. Representative tracks from 5 cells show interneurons migrating slower in shorter, less straight trajectories.
