Expansion of the WT OFT is evident by 51 hpf. Movie (as in Movie 1) illustrates a three-dimensional reconstruction of the WT OFT and ventricle at 51 hpf, as shown in Fig. 3K. The volume of the OFT endocardium and myocardium appear increased at 51 hpf, compared to their appearance at 36 hpf. The distal expansion of the OFT endocardium is especially evident in a frontal view.
