The tnnt2a mutant OFT resembles the WT OFT at 36 hpf. Movie (as in Movie 1) illustrates a three-dimensional reconstruction of the tnnt2a mutant OFT and ventricle at 36 hpf, as shown in Fig. 3F. While signs of endocardial defects are becoming evident in tnnt2a mutants at 36 hpf, the overall morphology of the OFT endocardium still appears similar to WT at this stage.
