Endothelial cells from AA1 enter the WT OFT endocardium by 51 hpf. Movie depicts surfaces of areas labeled by photoconversion (red) amongst surfaces of unlabeled areas (green) in a WT embryo at 51 hpf, following labeling of a portion of the AA1 endothelium at 36 hpf, as shown in Fig. 6F. Surfaces for the red channel were generated using a lower threshold so that they overlay surfaces for the green channel. Scale bars adjust to perspective. Labeled cells within the OFT appear relatively continuous with labeled cells in AA1.
