Cardiac function promotes addition of endothelial cells from AA1 to the OFT endocardium.
Movie (as in Movie 5) depicts location of cells labeled by photoconversion (red) amongst unlabeled cells (green) in a tnnt2a mutant embryo at 51 hpf, following labeling of a portion of the AA1 endothelium at 36 hpf, as shown in Fig. 6L. While labeled cells are visible in AA1, they are absent from the OFT.
