Atrial function promotes endothelial displacement into the OFT endocardium.
Movie (as in Movie 5) depicts location of cells labeled by photoconversion (red) amongst unlabeled cells (green) in a myh6 morphant embryo at 51 hpf, following labeling of a portion of the AA1 endothelium at 36 hpf, as shown in Fig. 6R. Labeled cells in the AA1 endothelium appear relatively continuous with labeled cells at the distal tip of the OFT.
