Acvrl1 drives endothelial addition from AA1 to the OFT endocardium. Movie (as in Movie 5) depicts location of cells labeled by photoconversion (red) amongst unlabeled cells (green) in an acvrl1 morphant embryo at 51 hpf, following labeling of a portion of the AA1 endothelium at 36 hpf, as shown in Fig. 8L. The absence of labeled cells in the OFT is evident despite the aberrant morphology of the OFT and heart.
