Time-lapse movie shows the fast light-dependent removal of PIP2 sensor PH-mCherry from the plasma membrane in the follicular epithelium. Lgl-GFP remains cortical and the general organization of the tissue is maintained. Individual channels and composite for Lgl-GFP and PH-mCherry are shown.
