PM localization of DlgS4A::GFP is resistant to hypoxia
Ovaries from a 2-day old lgl::mCherry dlgS4A::GFP female were dissected and imaged live similarly as in Movie 1. Reoxygenation starts at 85 minutes in the movie. Time intervals are 1 minute during hypoxia and 10 seconds during reoxygenation. Time stamp: hh:mm:ss.
