Whole-body skeletons of hoxaa cluster mutants. Micro-CT scan analysis for wholebody skeletons of wild-type and hoxaa cluster mutant fish. Two representative images of hoxaa cluster mutants are shown to confirm the reproducibility. Adult female zebrafish at ca. 3-4 months of age were shown. Before the micro-CT scanning, the genotype was confirmed. Skeletons are shown in 3D-MIP (three dimension-maximum intensity projection) images.
