Endodermal cells extended lamellipodia in random directions in gpc4^-/- embryos at 7-12s. Confocal time-lapse experiment was performed on gpc4^-/-/Tg(sox17:memGFP) embryos using the same settings with that in Movie 2 and the movie plays at 4 frames/sec. Labeling in this movie is the same as that of Movie 2.
