Time-lapse imaging of VSVG-GFP transport in wild-type osteoblasts. Representative time-lapse movie of VSVG-GFP transport in wild-type osteoblasts. Cells were incubated at 40°C for 24 h after transfection of the VSVG-GFP plasmid and shifted to 32°C to allow VSVG-GFP transport. Images were captured every 15 s starting from 5 min after transfer to 32°C.
