Time-lapse movie of the primordial germ line with one PGC undergoing cytokinesis before and after Dendra2 fluorescence photoconversion (same images as shown in figure 4B), in animals coexpressing mNG::ANI-1 and cytoplasmic Dendra2. Images were acquired every 15 sec and are played at 1 frame per sec.
