Resolution of the 3-way connection without residual vestigial sprout Time-lapse confocal imaging of a Tg(kdrl:egfp)^s843, Tg(kdrl:nlsmcherry)^y173 double transgenic zebrafish during the onset of flow with individual nuclei within the region of the junction false colored to follow their movement. This shows the lack of a residual vestigial sprout after resolution to proper flow.
