Movie 6.

Time-lapse imaging of the posterior compartment using hh-DsRed during Drosophila pupa development. The A-P and L-R axes are indicated on the dorsal view while the A-P and D-V axes are indicated on the lateral view. Imaging starts at 0.5 hAPF. A quick posterior movement occurs between 10.5 and 11 hAPF. Extensive tissue shape changes take place between 35 and 45 hAPF. The fly ecloses at 96 hAPF. This movie was made with 4 angles and a tiling of 2 positions. The acquisition parameters are detailed in Table S1. Scale bar 200 μm.
