Embryos laid by BicD::GFP, BicD^null/BicD::GFP, BicD^null; hb-deGradFP, UASP-Chc::mCherry/hb-deGradFP, Nanos-Gal4Vp16 females were imaged to detect Chc::mCherry particles in a BicD^hb-deGradFP background. Images were taken every 0.5 seconds over 75 seconds.
