Kinetics of mCherry induction in STC receiver cells. Time-lapse imaging of STC clone A1 receiver cells cultured with CmGP1GH1 sender cells at a 1:9 ratio at high density for 24 hours. tagBFP-3xNLS (blue), GFP (green) and mCherry (red) images taken every hour over a 24 hour period. Imaging was performed on a PerkinElmer Opera Phenix Plus microscope.
