GFP-γTub and H2A-RFP from NC 12 interphase to NC 14 interphase in an orb mutant embryo. Drosophila embryo expressing GFP-γTub (green) and H2A-RFP (red). Frames were captured every 20 s for 29 min 40 s using a 1 μm z-step size over 14 μm total depth. Images were captured at 1 μm z-intervals over a 10–15 μm volume at 20 s intervals.
