Live imaging of radial glial-like cells in a d3 organoid. emGFP Sendai virus was added to the EB formation media during the EB formation period to sparsely label developing neuroepithelial progenitor cells. The organoid was then embedded in Matrigel and imaged with a light sheet microscope from day 3 to day 4. The apical membrane is at the bottom of the video and the basal lamina on top.
