Live imaging of NH -Chi and +Chi gastruloids between 102-115h of differentiation. WNT pathway inhibitors XAV939 and LGK974 were used to test the dependence of elongation on WNT pathway activity. Fluorescence signal shows T::H2B-mCherry reporter activity.
