Adult oenocytes establish their tissue arrangement by 35 h APF. Representative lateral view movie of abdominal adult oenocytes expressing mCD8::GFP in a fly (vvl[17C04]>mCD8::GFP; see Materials and Methods for oenocyte Gal4 strains) during 20-44 h APF. Adult oenocytes started to express mCD8::GFP at approximately 25 h APF. Segmentally repeated oenocyte belts in the tergite were morphologically established by 35 h APF.
