Cytokinesis in the spermathecal epithelium of a control animal Mid-L4-stage cell division in a control spermatheca expressing Perm-1::PH::GFP shows complete cytokinesis events with full plasma membrane extension (white arrowheads). Singleplane images were acquired every 40 seconds. Playback rate is 7 frames/second.
