Cytokinesis in the spermathecal epithelium of a cyk-4 RNAi animal Mid-L4-stage cell division in a cyk-4 RNAi spermatheca expressing Perm-1::PH::GFP shows incomplete cytokinesis events with partial ingression followed by furrow stalling (blue arrowhead) or regression (yellow arrowhead). Single-plane images were acquired every 40 seconds. Playback rate is 7 frames/second.
