Cytokinesis in the spermathecal epithelium of a cyk-4 RNAi animal Mid-L4-stage cell division in a cyk-4 RNAi spermatheca expressing Perm-1::PH::GFP shows complete cytokinesis events (white arrowhead) as well as attempted cytokinesis with limited ingression (red arrowhead). Single-plane images were acquired every 40 seconds. Playback rate is 7 frames/second.
