Cytokinesis in the spermathecal epithelium of an early L4 control animal Early L4-stage cell division in an early L4 control spermatheca co-expressing Perm-1::CYK-4::Tomato/Perm-1::PH::GFP shows CYK-4 recruitment (white arrowhead) to the presumptive apical membrane during cell division of the spermathecal precursor cells. Single-plane images were acquired every 40 seconds. Playback rate is 7 frames/second.
