Cytokinesis in the spermathecal epithelium of a mid-L4 control animal Mid-L4-stage cell division in a mid-L4 control spermatheca co-expressing Perm-1::CYK-4::Tomato/Perm-1::PH::GFP shows CYK-4 recruitment (white arrowhead) to the presumptive apical membrane during cell divisions (white arrow) at the 12-18 spermathecal cell stage. Single-plane images were acquired every 40 seconds. Playback rate is 7 frames/second.
