Cytokinesis in the spermathecal epithelium of a mid-L4 cyk-4 RNAi animal Mid-L4-stage cell division in a cyk-4 RNAi spermatheca co-expressing Perm-1::CYK-4::Tomato/Perm-1::PH::GFP shows failure in CYK-4 recruitment (yellow arrowheads) to the presumptive apical membrane at the 12-18 spermathecal cell stage. Single-plane images were acquired every 40 seconds. Playback rate is 7 frames/second.
