Live imaging of ΔDsogMS2 Embryos were collected from females carrying MCP-GFP (magenta) and H2Av-RFP (white) mated to males homozygous for the endogenous MS2 live-imaging tag and lacking the distal enhancer. Embryos were imaged from NC12 to NC14 on a Zeiss 880 confocal microscope with each Z-stack taken at 25 second intervals.
