The movie shows an anti-Sox2 (magenta) and anti-pH3 (green) double immunostaining confocal horizontal image stack of 72 hpf WT larvae recorded from a dorsal view. The movie starts with the dorsal-most plane of the image stack and ends with the ventral-most plane. Black slides were inserted when one stack had less z-planes than the other stack. Orientation: anterior to the left.
